Yes, we absolutely have a mission statement.
Also, yes. It matters:
To provide a safe, inclusive space for athletes to grow, develop self-awareness, and accept themselves in a way that supports them in living and performing true, authentic and full lives.
What does that really mean?
It means I’ve got your back. If you’re wondering what it looks like to actually work with me… it looks like we sit down and figure it out together. “It” can mean a million different things because everyone’s needs are different and I am here to meet you where you’re at. At the end of the day, we are going to set some goals together, talk through the tough stuff, and develop the mental skills that get you feeling and performing not just where you want to be, but where you’re meant to be. We will cover the basics like confidence, concentration, and composure. And then we will dig a little deeper – exploring your motivation, identifying your values and your core beliefs as an athlete and a person. You will be encouraged; you will be challenged; you will be supported; you will grow.
Most importantly, you will walk away with the tools to become the most authentic version of yourself, and the skills to perform that way.
